Fees and Insurance
Payment is accepted at the start of each session. Sessions are 50 minutes in length. In-Office session fees: $120 per session. Receive a discount per session when prepaying for three or more sessions. Ask about cash discount rate. In-Office "Goodness of Fit" session: This session is 25 minutes in length and the fee is $50. This shorter and reduced fee session can help you determine if Gary is the right therapist for you. While a therapist's education and experience are important, research shows us that therapist-client rapport is the single greatest factor when determining whether counseling was beneficial or not. The "Goodness of Fit" session is a good opportunity for judging this rapport. Out-of-Office/Corporate sessions: Please contact for more information. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card.* *Please note a small service fee applies. Limited insurance plans accepted are ChampVA, Victim Witness and Victims of Crime (note listed insurance plans cover 45 minute sessions) . You may also check with your insurance provider to see if a reimbursement plan is offered. A Master Bill can be created and submitted to your insurance company. With this Master Bill, many insurance companies may reimburse a percentage of your out-of-pocket fees (20, 30, to 50+%). * During the first session you will have a chance to review the Informed Consent, a standard document which details your rights as a patient. |
| Gary offers both in-office as well as off-site/corporate therapy sessions. In addition, along with the general waiting room Gary's office offers a side entrance and exit for more discerning clients. |
